  1. Thank you for giving us all these options where Essential Oils can really help us along our day. I particularly like it when I am just waking up. It seems to help, if not during all day, at least during the most critical and productive hours of the morning.

    Note, I didn’t know that Cinnamon oil was poisonous to cats. Thanks for warning me about that.

    1. Hi Ann, I personally have found some essential oils to be especially helpful when I am fighting a cold, and I know several who find mint helpful topically, with headaches. I like citrus and tea tree essential oils in my laundry, it helps get rid of the sweaty smell in men’s and gym clothes.

      I must credit the essential oil cautions to my daughter. She has quite a few essential oils that she likes, but during pregnancy and around her animals she is most cautious. After checking out some veterinarian websites I found the lists.

I have been using a mix of a couple of drops of Cinnamon, Cardamon or Clove essential oils added to Simmered water to neutralize household cooking odours whilst you are preparing a meal. I also use Lavender for my underwear drawers.
