Some Things to Consider When Buying an Exercise Bike

Durability. The best exercise bike should have a long lifespan.

Portability. Depending on where in the home your exercise bike is placed, you may need to move it occasionally. Make sure there are rollers on it to make it more portable.

Size. Decide where it will fit in your home. That will help you decide the size to purchase.

Installation. How easy is it to install? Many times, when you purchase exercise equipment, it comes in a box and needs to be put together. Will you be the one putting it together or will you have help to get it installed?

  1. Great post! I’m currently interested in owning an exercise bike for my at-home workout. The choices you provided are some great options, to begin with. It takes me back to riding bikes back in my younger days.

Since I don’t currently own any form of bike at the moment, I’ll be checking out the bikes you recommend.

    Thanks for the article. 🙂

    • Hi Terence, thanks for stopping by with a comment. I have found an exercise bike very helpful for the winter months or inclement weather. Just this morning we had freezing rain outside and I was on my bike for over an hour.I bike is a personal thing that you must find the right leg length (inseam) measurement. I also like a more comfortable seat than some. I hope you find the bike that you are happy with.
