    1. The aerobic stepper can give you a good cardio workout! By raising your heart rate, it gets your blood circulating and your lungs a good workout. You can go at your own pace. The more intense the workout then less time is needed to provide the same benefit as a more moderate workout.

      Its practical size, makes it useful in any size home or apartment. 

  2. I have been paying little attention to proving some essentials in my house when it comes to having some devices I can use for exercise and I feel bad about it now that I am home. 

    The Aerobic Stepper is one device I find really fascinating and its feature of increasing ins height makes it really cool for more than just one user. With a device that can help with the heart rate, i don’t see any reason why every household shouldn’t own one.

    1. The aerobic stepper has been used in gym classes for a long while. I still have a picture in my mind of the aerobic classes with the lively music playing as the participants did different step work on their aerobic steppers. 

      Now that so many of us are at home, a stair step or a curb can be used in its place. Steppers are adjustable to suit anyone’s ability since a stair step may be too high for some to use comfortably.

Something I would like to get for my home. It would have been nice to get some pictures for the reviews of those steppers though your description makes do for that. Do you know if they have any warranty for those products?

    1. The convenience of the stepper makes it so useful.  So many of us are at home in need of a way to burn off our excess energy! This little piece of equipment can be tucked away in any corner of our house when we are not using it. 

      Most aerobic steppers are pretty basic pieces of equipment with very little to go wrong with them. I would need to explore further into each brand as to what their warranty is.
