Hi, great article, I didn’t know that exercise had so many benefits, even including raising your immune system. These days I am sick all the time, from Covid to the flue, so I can’t always work out, but even then on bad days, I try to walk a bit. Once I am cured, I start my pilates classes again, so I hope this will have an effect in the future on my immune system. I had never heard about rebounding though : interesting! I am afraid I won’t be able to keep my balance on the trampoline though, as I have vertigo.

If you have vertigo, I agree with you that rebounding on a mini trampoline may not be the best exercise for you! However, walking is one of the safest forms of exercise, and if done on a consistent basis, it has many health benefits as well.
I have had vertigo, in the past, and so I prefer not to do yoga and I am still a bit leery of Pilates as well. I like to keep my head above waist level!
