I do not know the the specific cause of your knee problems, but I do know that a plant-based diet, that is when a large percentage of our diet is plant based, it works wonders to clean our veins and reduce our cholesterol levels. It helps us keep our weight at a healthy level, and that in turn may alleviate some pressure off of your knees. All the best in the future!

Healthy food, will provide the cells the nutrients they need and will not accumulate in excess amounts around the waist. It is often excess starches and sugars that the body does not know how to use efficiently. 

      Centrifugal juicers cause heat as they produce the juice and break down the cell walls of the produce in the process. It is for this reason, that cold press juice retains its nutrients for a longer period of time than juice made by centrifugal juicers.

  4. If the last two years have taught us anything is that good health is a fundamental protector from the harms of the world. I’ve recently started eating cleaner and eating more fruits and vegetables – I’ve even started doing periodic cleanses and taking vitamins and essential minerals we don’t get in our regular diets anymore due to soil depletion.

    I’ve also recently bought a pile of frozen berries which I look forward to making into smoothies so I can get a dose of unprocessed sugar during the day. Sugar is my great weakness. But according to your article, if I take the time to make and drink a berry smoothie during the day, I won’t crave the desert I usually eat after dinner!
